Your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any of your personal information or resume content with third parties — ever. Not now, not in the future, not under any circumstances.
Every resume or cover letter you upload is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. Nothing is saved to our servers. The moment your scan is complete, the document is gone.
We store your scan results so you can reference them later — but only you can see them. No one at ResumeRadar can access your history, and you can permanently delete it at any time with one click.
We do not use your uploaded documents, scan results, or any account data to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your candidates' information is never fed into a machine learning pipeline.
You can delete your scan history or your entire account at any time. When you do, your data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 30 days. No backups. No traces.
We only collect what we absolutely need to run the service — your email address, name, and scan history. That's it. No behavioral tracking, no ad targeting, no data harvesting.

We use your data exclusively to operate and improve ResumeRadar — to authenticate your account, deliver scan results, process your subscription, and send you important service updates. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running this product.
We use cookies strictly for authentication (to keep you logged in) and anonymous performance analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing cookies.
Your scan history is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual scans or your full history at any time from your dashboard. If you close your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
We take security seriously. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. All data at rest is encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. We regularly review our security practices to stay ahead of threats.
